To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please review our booking policy below: --- 📅 **Booking Requirements** * Appointments must be booked at least **24 hours in advance**. * Same-day bookings may be available by phone or text (based on availability). * Please provide accurate details for the service requested (type, location, number of items, pictures, etc.) so we can serve you efficiently. --- ⏱️ **Cancellations & Rescheduling** * You may cancel or reschedule your appointment **up to 12 hours before** the scheduled time **without penalty**. * Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows may result in a **\$20 cancellation fee**, unless otherwise arranged. --- 💳 **Payments** * Payment is due **upon completion of the service**, unless prepaid through the website. * We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (Zelle, Cash App, etc.). * Receipts and invoices are available upon request. --- 🚗 **Travel & Service Area** * We serve customers within a **2-hour radius** of \ Stone Mountain GA. * For locations more than 30 miles from our home base, a small travel fee may apply (quoted during booking). --- ### 🧰 **Service Terms** * Please ensure pets are secured and the service area is accessible before arrival. * For car detailing, please remove personal items before your appointment. * Jobs requiring heavy lifting, hazardous materials, or special access must be disclosed when booking. * We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or misrepresented conditions. --- ✅ **Satisfaction Guarantee** We stand behind our work 100%.
